A little adventure

Today I went on a little adventure around the neighborhood. I took my little camera (its more like medium-sized) and marched myself down the street. I didn't actually march, but I did occasionally talk to myself, which probably seemed even  stranger and a little schizophrenic. It was a bit like a winnie-the-pooh adventure, being that I really had nowhere in mind to go. Also, there was this winnie-the-pooh-like tree

And then I found myself near this creepy-looking building down the street.

Now, if I didn't know better, I would think this could be a cult building, or possibly a satanic church. However if you see it from the front of the building, you will notice it has a cross on top of the steeple. It's not upside down; therefore it's not a satanic church or a cult. (I dont think)

I made my way down the street, past pit bulls and other dogs barking. Here's another church:

It's an African church, but I'm African so I could go there.
And a cat:

I kept walking, and this is what I saw:

I made it to the zoo! But they were closed. So here are some collages of the signs at the zoo.

Squirrel!

A trash at the park (reminds me of shake)

and the cyclorama

if animals want us to recycle, we probably should
After the zoo, it was getting dark, so I decided to meander on back home. Here are some signs:

I certainly will not mess with vaper or japer, if I see him

And before making it home, an enchanted sidewalk:

And finally, I am home.

I think the trees need water

The Capitol building I believe
Second day on my own. I didn't really take many pictures today. Disappointed? Yea, I know. Sorry, just words to look at today and that capitol building up there. That's just not a very exciting picture though. Maybe I'll give you another one of the trees in my backyard. ( Don't you just hate when you drink a lot of water and then have to pee a billion times. Yea, me too.)

So today was pretty...hmm..successful, maybe? I met my friend over at the vampire diaries set and talked to him about maybe getting a job on set. He was really nice, actually everyone there seemed real nice. He gave me a Dr. Pepper! And it was kind of exciting because I had to give my name to security before I could even go in the building. That was awesome. So yea, who knows, maybe I'll be working on set sometime soon. I'm also giving my headshot and resume to the casting person, so cross fingers there! If not, then hopefully I'm gonna get a job at the zoo! Not as an animal, unfortunately, though.
Our third roommate moved in today. He seems nice. We got some wings and burgers down the road at this little hole in the wall called City Limit Cafe. It was awesome and soo cheap. Definitely be going back there sometime. It seems like a place for locals, which is fun.

There are so many things I want to explore here. I want to find a piano bar, if they have one. And I'm gonna try my hand at stand up sometime. Or my legs maybe. And I was thinking about joining some clubs, does that sound lame? Because I'm totally gonna join a book club, where they have meetings, and AA. Ok, just kidding about that one. But I think a book club could be fun.  I don't know, but this city offers so much stuff that I've never done before. I want to do all that I can while I'm still excited and have the time to do it.

We have a pecan tree in our backyard, and the other day/night, one of the branches fell off of it and landed in the neighbors yard. And earlier tonight I heard another limb fall off a tree neighbor. I think its this drought Georgia is having. I saw on the news that they havent gotten nearly the amount of water they usually do. And trees need water! More than plants and grass. (that sounds like it should be a song. Like a rap song.)  So maybe its that. And with that I will leave you with pictures of trees.

And porch of course

Thanks, Atlanta! my driving is so much faster now!

As a newly  admitted member  into the great city of Atlanta, Ga, I have noticed something about my driving. From only the few days that I have inhabited this great place, my natural speed of driving has amped itself up by at least 20 percent, if not more. People are not kidding when they talk about how intense the traffic is here. But hey, its awesome so far! All part of the adventure right.
So, since I've moved here, I've been constantly uploading pictures and texting random facts and things I've been doing to all of my friends, so I thought why not just have a blog to share with all of my family and friends?! Why the hell not?! I can upload as many pictures as I want and write about as many interesting (to me anyways) details about my day! Also, all of my close friends and people I love are now far away from me. So here goes me trying to share my great adventure  with all of you!
First things first: Here are pictures:
